ALAN C. <br /> <br />PHILLIPS, ALTRON, INC. <br />lit. Alan C. Phillips is making application for an industrial <br />revenue bond which will require certain action of the Ramsey <br />City Council. Enclosure (D3-a) contains a copy of the reso- <br />lution which is required to set the date for the public hear- <br />ing. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the <br />adoption of the above resolution. N.W.: <br /> <br />Background Information: The Mox's appeared before the R~msey <br />Planning Commission on September 2, 1980 to get permission to <br />build a second house on a ten acre parcel of record. Accord- <br />ingly, the following information is hereby submitted to Council <br />in your review of this case as enclosure (D3-b). <br /> <br />a) Notice of public hearing and list of people informed - There <br />was no one in opposition to the proposed subdivision. <br />b) Application for variance request and a rough sketch plan <br />of the ten acre parcel of land. <br /> c) Please refer to enclosure (B-l) Planning and Zoning minutes <br /> dated September 2, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
