Mr. Arvin Hansmann, 149~1 Carnet St. N.W. <br />Mr. Hansmann asked if the city could get Waste Management to alleviate <br />the smell. <br />Mayor Camec said the city could contact Waste Management tomorrow <br />to do something about cutting the pump down to 20 minutes every two <br />hours, but he didn't see the smell being alleviated soon. <br /> Atty.
