CURT TITTERUD (Location <br />Parcel 4260 of Plat 89215 on 162nd Lane N.W.): <br /> <br />Enclosure (~D2-a) contains the Building Inspector's letter dated <br />December 8, 1980 and a map showing lot location. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove re- <br />quest after hearing all the pros and cons on the subject matter. <br /> <br />CITY PERSONNEL~ATTERS (PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES FOR REGULAR <br />E~PLOYEES, PART TI~E E~PLOYEES AND HEALTH INSURANCE INCREASE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-b) contains back up information on the following <br />issues: <br /> <br />a) Fulltime City Employee Pay Raises for 1981: Enclosure (D3-b) <br />contains the City Administrator's proposed recommendation on these <br />raises with footnotes. <br /> <br />b) Part time Employees Pay Raises for 1981: Enclosure (D3-b) <br />contains the proposed raises for the various part time jobs. <br /> <br />c) Planning aud Zoning Commission Members Pay Raises for 1981: <br />Enclosure (D3-b) contains the Planning and Zoning Commlssion <br />recommendation for their Commission members as per their minutes <br />dated October 7, 1980, which Council received in their agenda <br />dated October 28, 1980 in the addendum to it. <br /> <br />d) Park and Recreation Commission Pay Raise for 1981: Enclosure <br />(D3-b) contains the increase for this Commission. This Commission <br />took no action for a raise but Council has always treated the two <br />Commissions on an equal basis. So the City Administrator has sub- <br />mitted it to the Council for your action. <br /> <br />Comments: Earlier this year it was discussed by the Council re- <br />garding whether the Council Personnel Committee should submit <br />salary recommendations and it was decided that the total Council <br /> <br /> <br />
