TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FRCM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Moved in Dwelling <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 1980 <br /> <br />After payment of the $1OO.OO inspection fee, I today inspected a dwelling <br />in the City of Dayton for Mr. Curt Titterud. Mr. Titterud is requesting <br />authorization to move the dwelling to a lot he owns on 162nd Lane N.W. just <br />east of Jsspar Street N.W. (See attached) <br /> <br />~y inspection revealed the following: <br /> <br /> 1) The dwelling is 26 x 32 or 832 square feet. This does <br /> not comply with the City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 2) The structure would appear to be about 25 years old and <br /> is structurally sound. <br /> <br /> 3) The shingles woLGd have to be replaced. <br /> 4) _The eaves would have to be ~xtended for proper ventilation <br /> of ~the attic~area. <br /> 5) The insulation' does not meet code in those areas that -~ <br /> could be observed. <br /> 6) The electrical system and installation does not comply-- <br /> with'code. <br /> Mr. Titterud has indicated he will add ~o.the house to bringer in compliance <br /> with the City Ordinance.
