Approval of Preltnttnary Plat of HY-10 R~h! ~ '/;~u ~,~. <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed his report for HY-10 Ramsey which was dated <br />~anuary 6, 1981. It was noted a boundary survey was not provided as re- <br />quired under City Ordinance 170.037 B Sub para. d. Mr. Menkveld said this <br />will be t~ken care of, as he is pressed for time and is under a contract <br />with the City to get this plat filed. <br />Soil borings were not aupplied as required under City Ordinance 170.037B sub <br />para i. Mr. Menkveld said these were ordered and will be here soon. <br /> <br />Motion by Arthur Dunn and seconded by Ronald West to approve the preliminary <br />plat of HY-10 Ramsey subject to the City Engineer Raatikka's report dated <br />January 6, 1981. <br />;~otion carried. Voting yes Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Ronald VJest, Arthur <br />Dunn and Gerald Zimmerman. Voting no None.
