PLANNING AND ZONING C(~ISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearinE of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was called <br />to order by Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, at 7:45 P.M., January 6, 1981. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Ronald West <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />~r. Benjamin Deemer <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> Ms. Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />The purpose of the public hearing was the preliminary plat approval for <br />Verndale Commerciak Park of which the developer is Ronald West. <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald West spoke for this three lot commercial plat located by the <br />Kerr-McGee gasoline station on Highway #10. Mr. Ralph Birdsall, owner of <br />Voyageur Sales which abutts this plat was present, and wanted to know where <br />the property line was between them. Ronald West explained that "Outlot A" <br />which is a sliver of land located on the east side of the plat will be <br />transferred to Mr. Birdsall. This apparently satisfied Mr. Birdsall. <br /> <br />There was no other public input.
