PLANNING AND ZONING CC~MISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RANSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />January 6, 1981 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M. with the <br />following in attendance: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson <br />Mr. Ronald West <br />Mr. Arthur Do_un <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> Ms. Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Also Present: City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> City Administrator/Clerk Lloyd G. Schnelle <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Arthur Dunn and seconded by Ronald West to approve the minutes of <br />their special meeting of November 18, 1980 provided the Planning and Zoning <br />members get paid for that meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Ronald West, Arthur <br />Dumm and Benjamin Deemer. Voting no None. Abstaining Gerald Zimmerman due <br />to the fact he was absent from that meeting. <br /> <br />lIotion by Ronald West and seconded by Banj~mln Deemer to approve the minutes <br />of the special meeting of December 15, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion cmrried. Voting yes Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Ronald West, Arthur <br />Dunn and BenjAmin Deemer. Voting no None. Abstaining Gerald Zimmermsn due <br />to the fact he was absent from that meeting. <br /> <br />Approval of Preliminary Plat of HI-10 RAMSEY~ 7:50 P,M. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed his report for HY-10 Ramsey which was dated <br />January 6, 1981. It was noted a boundary survey was not provided as re- <br />quired under City Ordinance 170.037 B Sub para. d. Mr. Menkveld said this <br />will be taken care of, as he is pressed for time and is under a contract <br />with the City to get this plat filed. <br /> <br />Soil borings were not aupplied as required under City Ordinance 170.037B sub <br />para i.
