[PRELIMINARY DISTRIBUTION.] For each municipality, <br />a preliminary distribution amount shall be computed proportional <br />to the ratio of the municipality's ald factor to the sum of the <br />aid factors for all municipalities in the state. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. [FINAL AID AMOUNT.] For each municipality with a <br />preliminary distribution less than its guaranteed aid amount, <br />the final aid amount shall be the guaranteed aid amount, For <br />all other municipalities, the final aid amount shall be equal to <br />the preliminary aid amount, reduced by whatever percentage is <br />necessary to fully fund the guaranteed aid amounts. NO <br />municipalit~ shall have a final aid amount less than its <br />guarante'ed aid amount. <br /> <br />Sec2 5.
