AGREemeNT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RA~LSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, ~iinnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City" and Curtiss Titterud, Box #13, Bethel, <br />~dnnesota, hereinfafter referred to as "Applicant". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant owns a vacant buildable lot located at <br />6921 - 162nd Lane N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has properly applied for authorization <br />to move said dwelling; and <br /> <br /> WU~EREAS, the Applicant appeared before the City Council for <br />approval and the City Council approved the Applicants request contingent <br />upon his entering into and complying with the following agreement. <br /> <br />NOW TP~EREFIRE, IT IS P~BY AGREED TO BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> l) That the Applicant shall provide the City with a bond in <br />the amount of $10,000.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Applicant shall construct a full basement under <br />the proposed welling. <br /> <br /> 3) That the Applicant shall reconstruct the proposed dwellin~ <br />as shown on his building plan, of which said plan is hereby iucorporated as <br />a part of this agreement and marked as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 4) That the Applicants construction shall comply with all State <br />and Local codes. <br /> <br /> 5) That the Applicant shall comply with all requirements as <br />specified in the Building Officials report dated December 8, 1980. <br /> <br /> 6) That the Applicant shall provide the same exterior finish <br />on the garage as is proposed for the house. <br /> <br />DATED this the th day of January, 1981. <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />CITY OF RANSEY <br /> <br />It's Mayor <br /> <br />It's City A~m~uistrator/Clerk <br /> <br />WITNESS: <br /> <br />~ ~)Z-~ Curtiss Titterud <br /> <br /> <br />
