Application to plat said piece of property <br />b. Affidavit of publication of public hearing notice <br />c. List of persons notified of public hearing <br />d. City Engineer's report dated January-6, 1981 to PgZ <br /> regarding the proposed preliminary plat <br />e. PgZ minutes dated January 6, 1981 which recommended <br /> to the City Council that prellmlnamy plat approval be <br /> granted providing he accomplished certain items as <br /> stated in PgZ minutes. <br /> <br />f. Exhibit "A" contains a copy of the proposed preliminary <br /> plat. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to grant approval/dis- <br />approval of request for preliminary plat approval. Application to plat said piece of land <br /> b. Affidavit.of publication of notice of public hearing <br /> c. List of persons receiving notice <br /> d. Park and Recreation minutes dated November 20, 1980 <br /> e. City Engineer report dated January 6, 1981 on the said <br /> plat. <br /> f. PSZ minutes dated January 6, 1981 which recommended <br /> Council g~ant preliminary plat approval subject to the <br /> above Engineer's report. <br /> g. Exhibit "B" contains proposed preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Comments: The City of Ramsey does have an agreement with <br />Mm. Menkveld to plat this property, as it is the area where <br />Ralph's Country Meat Store is suppose to be constructed <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />the proposed preliminary plat.
