Motion by seconded by <br /> <br /> to approve/disapprove Jeanne <br />Moen to attend work shop on Financial Report Writing on <br />February 25 and 25~ 1981 at the Earle Brown Center, Unlv <br />of Minn for municipal accounting personnel. Further, to <br />authorize the City of Ramsey to pay the tutlon in the amount <br />of $50.00. Motion carried. Voting yes: <br /> Voting no: <br /> <br />CASE #7: CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S ACTION ON BILLS THAT PAYMENT WAS RE~USED <br /> <br />ON BY COUNCIL OR QUESTION BY COUNCIL: <br />Enclosure (D3-f) contains n~ letter to Councilman Reimann <br />in regards to bills he and Council question verbally and <br />those you didn't authorize payment on at your January 27~ 1981 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note the action taken <br />in enclosure (D3-f) above. <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />MANDATED PROJECTS: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-g) is provided for your information on mandated <br />things we are required to do here. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action, just for your information. <br /> <br />CASE #9: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ON MORATORIUM OF THE CITY SUBDIVISION CODE: <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D3-h) for resolution on the nDra- <br />torium of City's SubDivision Ordinance.
