Council Action: Your action is required on the above. CASE #3: CASE #4: CAB FACILITIES STUDY COMMITTEE END OF YEAR REPORT: Enclosure (D3-c) contains the above report which is sub- mitted for your information. It should be noted that there was a public meeting on this January 21, 1981 at Champlin City Hall for public officials. Council Action: Your action will be to just note the above request. REVENUE HEARING FOR ENTITLEMENT PERIOD #12 (COMMENCES 10/1/80 thru 9/30/81). Enclosure (D3-d) contains what the City of Ramsey will receive from Revenue Sharing during Entitlement #12 and how they arriv- ed at it. I think the attached background information will be of quite a bit of interest to you now and in the future. As you note, we will be receiving $50,436 during the above period. There is another interesting factor the 1977 PERCAPITA INCOME for Ramsey is $5,350. Consequently, I can see where we do have a hard time acquiring HUD Grant funds. Council Action: Your action will be to note the above unless you dispute Revenue Sharing findings. CASE #5: ANNUAL APPORTIONMENT OF MUNICIPAL~STATE AID STREET FUND: Enclosure (D3-e) contains letter from Minnesota Transportation Dept. dated January 28, 1981 which gives us our State Aid Main- tenance funds and our State Aid Construction fund. Council Action: Your action will be to note the above enclosure. CASE #6: ATTEND WORKSHOP ON FINANCIAL REPORT WRITING REGARDING CITIES OVER 2500 POPULATION: I'm requesting that Council authorize me to send Jeanne Moen to attend this workshop which will be extremely beneficial to the City of Ramsey. The workshop is for Municipal Accounting Personnel and it will cost $50 which it tution, lunch and refreshments (coffee). Council Action: Your action required as per last Council meeting instruction. We do have the money budgeted in the City Budget.
