<br />Parcel: A separate area of land, including a lot, having specific boundaries and capable
<br />of being conveyed and recorded.
<br />
<br />Non-farm Dwelling: A single family dwelling located on a farm or otherwise which is
<br />not a farm dwelling.
<br />
<br />Poultry facility: A confined area or structure used intensively for raising, feeding,
<br />breeding or holding chickens, turkeys and other poultry for eventual sale or the
<br />production of eggs.
<br />
<br />Quarter Quarter Section: The northeast, northwest, southwest or southeast quarter
<br />of a quarter section delineated by the United States Government system of land survey
<br />and which is exactly or nearly 40 acres in size.
<br />
<br />Recreation Area: A parcel which may include water bodies and incidental buildings
<br />thereto used or intended for active or passive recreation, including, but not limited to,
<br />parks, playgro,',nds, golf courses, hunting preserves, polo grounds, nature trails, bridle
<br />paths, beaches, campsites, ski and snowmobile trails, and canoe routes, provided that
<br />parcels on which there are located stadiums, arenas, bowling alleys, swimming pools,
<br />and other recreational activities conducted primarily in structures are not recreation areas.
<br />
<br />Relative: Father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
<br />
<br />Road: A public thoroughfare, including without limitation streets, highways, freeways,
<br />parkways, thoroughfares, roads, avenues, boulevards, lanes, or places, however described;
<br />but not including private driveways or routes.
<br />
<br />Single Family Dwelling: A free-standing mobile or permanent structure used or intended
<br />for habitation by just one family. '-
<br />
<br />Structure: Anything constructed or erected, the use of which requires location on the
<br />ground or attachment to something having a location on the ground.
<br />
<br />DESIGNATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS

<br />The following zoning districts together with the applicable requirements contained
<br />herein are hereby established as a part of the zoning ordinance of
<br />AgP-1 Agriculture Preservation District
<br />AgP-2 Agriculture Preservation/Urban Expansion District5
<br />
<br />The locations and boundaries of the districts established by this ordinance are set forth
<br />on the zoning map(s) of this 1 and said map(s) are hereby made a part
<br />of this ordinance. Said map(s) consisting of sheets, and all notations, references and
<br />data shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference into this ordinance and shall
<br />be made as much a part of it as if all were fully described herein.
<br />The zoning map(s) shall be kept on file in the zoning administrator's office.
<br />
<br />With the adoption of this ordinance, the agriculture district and requirements established
<br />in sections of the zoning ordinance adopted in ordinance No. on the day of
<br /> 6 are hereby repealed. All lands within the 1 currently located in
<br />these districts are hereby rezoned to lay within the AgP-1 or AgP-2 District pursuant
<br />to the zoning maps adopted as part of this ordinance.
