1) Private garages <br /> <br />2) Playhouses, swimming pools and storage buildings appurtenant to single- <br /> family dwellings <br /> <br />3) Landscaping items <br /> <br />Conditional Uses: <br />The following conditional uses may be approved by the 9 in the AgP-1 <br /> <br />Agriculture Preservation District provided that the provisions and requirements of <br />Section IV.5 (standards for conditional use permit) of the zoning ordinance are ful- <br />filled: <br /> <br />a. Outdoor recreation areas. <br /> <br />b. Churches, cemetaries, airports, schools, local government buildings and facilities ' <br /> and government owned facilities for the maintenance of roads and highways. <br /> <br />c. A second farm dwelling in the quarter quarter section containing the farm dwell- <br /> ing, provided that it meets the requirements of Section IV.2.g(1)-(4) inclusive. <br /> <br />d. Agricultural service establishments primarily engaged in performing agricultural <br /> animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis including <br /> corn shelling; hay bailing and thrashing, sorting, grading and packing fruits and <br /> vegetables for the grower; agricultural produce milling and processing; horticul- <br /> tural services; crop dusting; fruit picking; grain cleaning; land grading; harvesting <br /> and plowing; farm equipment service and repair; veterinary services; boarding and <br /> training of horses; commercial hunting and trapping; the operation of gam~ reser- <br /> vations; roadside stands for the sale of agricultural produce grown on the site. <br /> <br />e. Public utility and public service structures including electric transmission and <br /> distribution lines, substations, gas regulator stations, communications equipment <br /> buildings, pumping stations and reservoirs. <br /> <br />f. Home occupations-10 <br /> <br />5. Standards For Granting Conditional Use Permits <br /> <br />No conditional use permit shall be issued by the I unless following review <br />and written findings it determines that the proposed use satisfies the following condi- <br />tions and the conditions set by Section of Ordinance Number 1.1: <br /> <br />a. Non-farm structures shall be sited on a separately surveyed and described parcel. <br /> <br />The use shall not be one to which the noise, odor, dust, or chemical residues of <br />commercial agriculture or horticulture might result in creation or establishment <br />of a nuisance or trespass. <br /> <br />All agricultural service establishments shall be located at least 300 feet from any <br />driveway affording access to a farm dwelling or field and at least 500 feet from <br />any single family dwelling.12 <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br /> <br />
