The following use shall be permitted by right: <br /> <br /> a. All uses and structures permit-ted by right in the AgP-1 district, except feedlots <br /> and poultry operations. <br /> <br />3. Permitted Accessory Uses and Structures: <br /> a. Ail permitted accessory uses in the AgP-1 district as specified in IV.3 herein. <br /> <br />4. Conditional Uses14: <br /> <br /> The following conditional uses may be approved by the zoning board of adjustment <br /> in the AgP-2 Agricultural Preservation/Urban Expansion District provided that the <br /> provisions and requirements o~ Section V.5 are fulfilled: <br /> <br /> a. All conditional uses in the AgP-1 district as specified in Section IV.4 herein. <br /> b. Single-family dwellings in subdivisions. <br />5. Standards for Granting Conditional Use Permits: <br /> <br /> No conditional use permit shall be issued by the 1 unless following review <br /> <br /> and written findings it determines that the proposed use satisfies the following condi- <br /> tions and the conditions set by Section of Ordinance Number 11. <br /> <br /> a. Non-farm structures shall be sited on a separately surveyed and described parcel. <br /> <br /> b. Single-family dwellings in subdivisions shall be connected to common water <br /> distribution and public sewage treatment systems which have been constructed in <br /> accordance with a cor~prehensive sewer policy plan. <br /> <br />6. Prohibited Uses/Structures: <br /> <br /> All other structures and uses which are not specifically permitted by right or by <br /> conditional use permit shall be prohibited in the AgP-2 Agricultural Preservation/Urban <br /> Expansion District. <br /> <br />7. Minimum Lot Size, Yard Requirements and Height Restrictions15: <br /> a. Lot sizes: <br /> For permitted uses: none. <br /> For conditional uses other than single-family dwellings in subdivisions: one acre. <br /> <br /> For single-family dwellings in subdivisions connected to common water and <br /> sewage systems: 10,000 square feet. <br /> <br /> b. Yard requirements: <br /> For permitted uses: none. <br /> <br />45 <br /> <br /> <br />
