XIII. <br /> <br />S-I shall have o duty to disclose to the Client any contract, agreement or understanding S- <br />I now h~s~ or in the future may have~ with any governmental unit~ firm or individual which <br />in S-Ps opinion may. represent a conflict of interest in the performance of S-I's <br />performance of its duties for the Client and if the Client determines that there is in fact <br />such a confli~ then S-I may forthwith resign from such conflicting contract~ agreement or <br />understanding~ in which event this Contract shall remain in full force and effect. If S-I <br />does not so resign then the Client shall have the option of terminating this Contract <br />forthwith by written notice to S-I and the Client shall be liable to S-I for only those <br />amounts due S-I by the terms of this Contract to the date of such termination. <br /> <br />XIV. Additiorml Agreements <br /> <br />XV. <br /> <br />This Contract between the Client and S-I shall continue until such time os either party <br />terminates it by not less than 60 days' written notice to the other party. It may be <br />amended in whole or in part from time to time by mutual consent of the parties.
