City Engineer's letter dated February 20, 1981 to <br />the Ramsey City Council which addresses the granting <br />of final plat approval. <br /> <br />b. Exhibit "A" copy of final plat. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve or dlsapp~ove of <br />the final plat. If you approve the final plat, your motion <br />should be as follows: <br /> <br /> I move to approve the final plat of PONDVALE ESTATES <br /> conditioned on the following: <br /> a) Complete compliance with the City Engineer's letter <br /> dated February 20, 1981 <br /> <br />b) Payment of the park fee in the amount of $2090.00 . <br /> <br />c) Payment of all property taxes due on the subject <br />parcel, through taxes owed in 1980 plus penalty and <br />interest <br /> <br />d) Final plat to show as dedicators all individual <br />owners and mortgagees of record. <br /> <br />e) Developer to provide to the City a quit claim deed <br />granting to the City a temporary easement for the 150th <br />Lane Cul de sac. <br /> <br />f) Developer to provide a quit claim deed from Wm. Aydt <br />and wife in order to eliminate the City Attorney's title <br />objection. <br /> <br /> <br />
