The Mayor and Administrative Assistant are authorized to sign the plat when above items have been completed and reviewed by the City Engineer and City Attorney. CASE #2: LICENSES FOR APPROVAL: Dnclosure (D2-b) contains the llst of licenses for approval for calendar year 1981. The lists are separated in regards to cig- arettes, gasoline, motor vehicle, garbage and other contractors. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the list of licenses contained in the above enclosure. If Council denies approval of any license listed in the above enclosure, you should state the reason you are denying approval. CASE #3: PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT; PELTZER ADDITION: Background Information: The following background information is hereby submitted for you~ review in acting on this case as enclosure (D2-c): 1. Petition f~om citizens requesting the street improvement. 2. Map showing streets that the petition is requesting to be upgraded to tarvia. 3. Memo to City Administrator giving statistical infor- mation on this petition improvement. Administrator's Comments: This was befome Council last year, only then it included a larger area. However, Council voted the project. Accordingly I'm enclos- ing fop your info~mation as enclosure (D2-d) the following docu- mentation: Public Hearing dated April 8, 1980 on Peltzer Addition and Beaud~y's Second Addition.
