pLANNING AND ZONING cOMMISSION <br /> <br /> cITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA cOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning commission <br />was called to order by Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, at 7:32 <br />P.M., February 3, 1981. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br /> Mr. Arthur Dunn <br /> Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> Ms. Kathy Schneider <br /> Mr. Ronald West <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald zinuuerman <br />Building official, Clayton Berg <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Mr. sidney Schaumburg, owner of 80 acres of landlocked land, <br />described as: <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the <br /> NorthweSt Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26 <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> is purchasing 12 acres of land from Mr. John Thorne, 14744 <br /> Sunfish Lake Blvd., N.W. The existing use of the land is <br /> farming and no building is requested at this time. <br /> Mr. Schaumburg stated he wanted the commussion to acknowledge <br /> he bought the right of way and made it 100 feet wide. <br /> There were no further comments by the public. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGEND~ <br />Motion by Ronald West and seconded by Arthur Dunn to approve <br />the minutes of the Planning and Zoning public hearing of <br />January 6, 1981 regarding the preliminary plat HY-10 Ramsey. <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes: chairman Kenneth Peterson, Ronald <br /> West, Arthur Dunn, Benjamin Deemer. voting no: None. <br /> Abstaining: Kathy Schneider and Harry Ellis due to the <br /> fact they were absent from that meeting. <br /> Motion by Benjamin Deemer and seconded by Arthur Dunn to approve <br /> the minutes of the Planning and Zoning public hearing on <br /> January 6, 1981 regarding the preliminary plat, Verndale <br /> Commercial Park. p&Z/February 3, 1981 <br /> ! ! ~e 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
