proceed with the remainin~ items when conditions prevail, I don't see that
there will be any problem.

6) Morrell Trucking: Mr. Morrell still has most of the exterior work on
the building as well as the l~ndscaping to complete. He has indicated he
will be working on these items as soon as weather permits.

In a recent discussion with Mr. Morrell~ he indicated he will be approach-
lng the City Council at a later date to request a variance from the black-
top parking lot requirement.

7) Lee's Landscaping: This individual requested and was grouted an ex-
tension for completing his construction as required by his development con-
tract. This work is to be completed this year. I feel a reminder letter
to that extent would be appropriate in the near future.

8) N & N Auto: They have finally completed the fence as specified by their
agreement. However, the vines that were to provide the screening~ do not
appear to be in place. As with Lee's Landscaping, I feel a reminder letter
with a copy of their agreement would be appropriate.

9) ~nnesota Utilities: The basic structure was just recently completed
and occupied. All the bonding requirements, permit acquisition, etc. have
been properly completed. All exterior and site improvements will have to
be done this summer.

10) Curt Titterud: A copy of the agreement as approved by the City Council
has been forwarded to Mr. Titterud for his consideration. I don't think Mr.
Titterudwill follow up with this until he is ready to start construction.

11) Graves Accessory Building: The Graves have completed the paper require-
ments of the City as well as completed ~ud occupied their structure. I wouid
note that they are progressing with the cleanup of the outside as required.

12) Schaumburg/Thorne: A proposed agreement has been forwarded to
Schaumburg and he is being scheduled for the February 24, 1981 Council meet-
ing.

13) Ralphs Country Meats: A letter has been forwarded to Mr. Nissen in re-
gards to the "thing" he has moved in on his property. No further activity
has occurred with his proposed construction.

14) Waste Management Mobile Home: Nothin~ has happened with this item and
I don't know where it stands.

I feel that items one through three require more than in house staff con-
sideration at this time because we have been unsuccessful in attaining any
cooperation. Council should review these matters and determine how they
wish to proceed.
