TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Council New Business <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-a) <br /> (D3-b) <br /> <br />P&Z reappointments dated February 3, 1981 minutes <br />P&R reappolntments dated January 15~ 1981 minutes <br />Evaluation of City Administrator <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />COUNCIL PERSONNEL COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS ITEMS FROM MEETING <br /> <br />OF MARCH 5, 1981: <br /> <br />Council Personnel Committee will be meeting to discuss <br />interview procedure for the position of Assr Admln Assr <br />and other miscellaneous items that may require Council <br />action. <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PREPARE SPECS AND GET PRICE QUOTES FOR CITY SEDAN: <br /> <br />Council authorization to prepare specification and call for <br />price quotes on a four (q) door sedan to be used by the <br />Administrative office and Council members when on official <br />business. Council did provide for this item in the budget for <br />1981. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council motion approving/disapproving of the <br />subject request. <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />LICENSES FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />The following license is hereby submitted for Council approval: <br /> <br /> Arnold L. Cox - Motor Vehicle Rental License <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS: <br /> <br />Council at the last meeting did not approve paying the bills. <br />We have to have Council action on this issue. We did mail out <br />checks to the vendors after the Mayor had polled Council members. <br /> <br />Council Action: Motion authorizing paying of bills as of Feb- <br />ruary 24, 1981 in the total amount of $74,272.75 as presented <br />to Council on February 24, 1981 agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
