PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec (alternate) <br />Councilmember John Dehen (arrived at 5:37 p.m.) <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Chairperson David Jeffrey <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice -Chair Olson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Councilmember Olson, to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmember and Olson. Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Jeffrey. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider a Resolution Approving the 2008-09 Labor Agreement with LELS- <br />Patrol <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson reviewed the terms of the tentative labor agreement. She <br />noted that the terms include wage increases of 3% for 2008 and 2009 and a change to the <br />contribution for the 100% health care plan. <br />Councilmember Dehen arrived at the meeting. <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that the current compensatory time off policy will <br />sunset on December 31, 2008.
