The f'mal agreement will be presented to the City of Ramsey the week of <br />January 2~. <br /> <br />Please refer to Section 00700: General Conditions, Section 4.7: Claims and <br />Disputes. This letter acts as BK¥'s response to your letter dated December <br />20, 2005. You are to continue contract performance including the <br />installation of the clearstory ceiling.
