Mayor Gamec inquired about Pm:cel Nos. 121 and 122.

Civil Engineer II Linton replied Parcel No. 121 included an acquisition of easement along
Highway 47 to complete the trail from Elmcrest Park to 160th Avenue. It was determined
through the appraisal process that Mr. Mortenson's property east of Ditch 66 is not buildable, so
the whole parcel will be acquired. This process has taken some time, as it requires working
through the mortgage company.

City Administrator Norman indicated the paperwork has been started with Parcel No. 122.

Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the
completed easement acquisitions for properties along the NW Sanitary Sewer Alignment.

Motion carried.
