PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number 1, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard, NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Todd Cook <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />City Administrator Jim Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVEAGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook requested that a case be added to discuss the policy for reappointing <br />commission members. <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Reed noted that a case also needed to be added to discuss Bob <br />Johnson's resignation from the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
