The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City's <br />release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2006 at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for <br />preliminary plat.
