Developers should use the format and organization prescribed below when providing the <br />information requested in this RFP. Lengthy narratives containing extraneous information are <br />discouraged. Information should be accurate for the Development Team, including all proposed <br />team members and consultants). Developers are advised to pay particular attention to the use of <br />the word "shall" in tiffs RFP. Use of the word "shall" indicates required information that must be <br />submitted in order for the Proposal to be considered for the Project. <br /> <br />7.1 Proposal Format <br /> <br />Proposals should be submitted in the following format: <br /> <br /> 1. Text pages should be single sided, 8-1/2" x 11" white paper. Maps, illustrations and <br /> drawings may be 11" x 17" yet shall be folded to 8-1/2" x 11" <br /> <br /> 2. The information provided should be easily reproducible by normal black and white <br /> photocopying machines, except maps, illustrations and drawings. <br /> <br />3. Proposals should be packaged in a box(es) labeled with the developer's name and titled <br /> "Request for Proposal for Ramsey Crossings" <br /> <br />4. Ail originals should be submitted bound in a three-hole punched format and inserted in <br /> notebook binders, as described below in Section 7.2. <br /> <br />5. Other materials, such as preprinted documems or brochures, to supplement your response <br /> should be submitted as an appendix and canbe sizes other than 8-1/2" xl 1". <br /> <br />6. Each page containing a trade secret and/or proprietary information that the developer <br /> considers confidential shall be identified as "CONFIDENTIAL" by the developer. <br /> <br />7.2 Proposal Packaging <br />Proposals should be delivered in the following format: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposal submittal shall include ten (10) bound duplicate copies. Any other <br /> materials, as indicated in 7.1. shall be submitted as a single original in a separate <br /> envelope. <br /> <br />2. All original volumes should be subdivided and tabbed as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 ........ Development Team <br />Section 2 ........ Land Assembly Approach <br />Section 3 ........ Redevelopment & Master Plan <br />Section 4 ........ Cost and Preliminary Plan of Finance <br />Section 5 ........ Implementation/Phasing Schedule <br />Section 6 ........ Anticipated Project Value by Phase <br />Appendix ....... Any voluntary attachments or drawings to supplement Section 1 & 2 <br /> <br />7.2.1 Transmittal Letter <br /> <br />Ramsey Crossings - Request for Proposals <br />9 of 13 <br /> <br />-316- <br /> <br /> <br />
