3. Provide any Letters of Financial Commitment from a lending institution that indicates <br /> their understanding of the Project and their willingness and ability to provide the <br /> Developer both Construction and Permanent Financing for the Project. <br /> <br />4. Provide any Letters of Intent (LOI) from potential tenants that show a strong financial <br /> commitment to the Project and their intent to build at the site within a finn time frame. <br /> <br />5. Current financial statements for all entities and individuals comprising the proposed <br /> ownership entity (including members, if LLC, and general partners, if partnership). <br /> <br />Section 5: Implementation and Phasing Schedule <br /> <br />Developer shall submit a complete Implementation and Phasing Schedule including the <br />following key dates: <br /> <br />I. Schedule for assembly of land <br /> <br />2. Schedule for completion of Developers Agreement <br /> <br />3. Schedule for roads, infrastructure and site improvements <br /> <br />4. Schedule for building construction <br /> <br />5. Project Completion Dates by Phase <br /> <br />Section 6: Anticipated Project Value <br /> <br />Developer shall submit a Project Valuation Projection indicating their estimated value of the <br />Project once complete. It shall be broken down by phase and year S° as to provide the City with <br />a basis to calculate Assessable Value for each phase of the Project. <br /> <br />8. Other Information <br /> <br />8.1 Confidential Information and Trade Secrets <br /> <br />All RFP information shall be held confidential by the City until after the Developer is selected <br />and the proposed Exclusive Negotiations Agreement has been approved by the City Council. <br />Trade secrets and other proprietary information that the Developer seeks to keep confidential <br />post PxToject Developer selection and approval shall be labeled "CONFIDENTIAL_"(NEEDS TO <br />QUALIFY AS PRIVATE DATA PRS DATA PRIVACY LAW) <br /> <br />8.2 Ownership and Use of Proposal <br /> <br />The City shall be entitled to retain and use without compensation to any person any information <br />submitted, including but not limited to any concept, element or idea (including financial or <br />ownership structures or schemes) disclosed in or evident from the Proposal.
