CONSIDER APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />PC. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Johnson, Vice Chair of the Planning Commission, and Ms. Deborah Shepherd, <br />Planning Commission member, submitted letters of resignation effective March 31, 2006 and <br />April 30, 2006, respectively. Staff was given direction to fill the vacancies and interviews were <br />conducted with five individuals on March 15, 2006. <br /> <br />Committee Recommendation: <br /> <br />Motion recommending appointment of Ralph Hunt and Jessica Trites Rolte to the Planning <br />Commission. If approved, Mr. Hunt's term would expire December 31, 2011 and Ms. Trites <br />Rolle's term would expire December 31, 2010. <br /> <br />PC: March 28, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />
