Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick Trudgeon was appointed Community Development Director <br />on January 1, 2005 and was subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Trudgeon has successfully completed the required one-year <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 28, 2006 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Patrick Trudgeon, <br />effective January 1, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> effective January 1, 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 28th day of March 2006. <br /> <br /> G:~Administration~HumanResources~Performance Evaluations~Ending Probation\Trudgeon 3-28-06.doc <br />-376- <br /> <br /> <br />
