Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Request for Vacation of Easement in the Proposed Plat of <br />Meadow; Case of GM Land Company <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:21 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:21p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained that there are underlying drainage and <br />utility easements on the property that need to be vacated. The plats of Ramsey Dental Clinic <br />Addition and Holaseks Addition are part of the Meadow plat.
