No Commission comment other than Chairman Peterson pointing out that Waste Management would have to be licensed by all other re§ulatory agencies that would govern them. Commissioner Deemer referred back to item (§) under Criteria for Approval and stated that southbound turn lanes and northbound passing lanes would be desirable. Commissioner Hendriksen stated that with the possible exception of trucks hauling leachate, he does not feel there will be a significant change in traffic patterns and with all the concerns brought out, traffic is the least of problems. Co~issioner Deemer stated that traffic is currently illegally using bike lanes to facilitate traffic flow. Mr. Otter stated that one of the findin§s of this Cor~nlssion could be that if ~raffic does become a problem, turn lanes could be installed. Mr. Otter also noted that there have not been any accidents at that intersection in the past 14 years. The Commission proceeded to review Performance Standards. 1. Fire Protection. Co~missioner Z~merman stated that noise is a problem as stated by Mr. Bjorklund at the June 25, 1984 public hearing; no further testing is required to find that fact out. Commissioner Hendriksen stated that Mr. Bjorklund's determination of negligible value reduction was based on a number of stipulations; Mr. Bjorklund did not say what the situation would be if these stipulations were not acted On.
