[ <br /> m Councilmember Reimann introduced the resolution and moved for <br /> following <br /> its <br /> adoption: <br /> <br /> m RESOLUTION #8&-114 <br /> RESOLUTION' ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES 1N <br /> m DRAINAGE DISTRICT FORTY-THREE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey completed a Comprehensive Storm <br /> m Drainage Plan in February, 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the plan as per Ordinance <br /> <br />m #80-51 and ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study on <br /> Drainage District Forty-Three; and <br />m WliEREAS, based on utilizing more wetlands for ponding the improve- <br /> ment costs for District Forty-Three were found to be less than initially esti- <br /> m mated in the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> m ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the trunk storm drainage improvement charges for District <br /> Forty-Three shall be: <br />m a) Single and two family lots, $O.O18 per square foot of <br /> gross development area. <br />m b) Multiple family, mobile home, commercial, industrial, <br /> and institutional development, $0.029 per square foot of <br /> m gross development area. <br /> 2~ That the rates in this resolution were based on the May 31, <br /> m 1984 Engineering News Record construction cost index of 4160. The rates will <br /> automatically increase with inflation as the construction cost index rises. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> m Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, C~uncilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter <br />m and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None . <br />m and the following member was absent. <br /> Councilmember Van Wagner <br />m whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br /> City Council this the 26th day of June, 1984. <br /> <br /> ~ity Ad~is~/r~tor/Clerk -- <br /> <br /> <br />
