I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #84-116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with City Policy the transfer of $7,060 <br />from Landfill Trust Fund #801 to General Fund #101 for the purpose to cover <br />cost incurred by the General Fund in connection with the Landfill (Legal, <br />Engineering and other Administrative costs directly to the landfill). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council, City of Ramsey, hereby approves of <br />the transfer of $7,060.00 from Landfill Trust Fund #801 to General Fund <br />#101 for the purpose as stated above. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is requested that a copy of this resolution be fur- <br />nished to the Accounting Department. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 26th day of June, 1984. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: / //' jf Mayor <br /> <br />/ /I hereby acknowledge receipt of this resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
