Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was granted at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. The developer has posted an escrow of $8,000 to cover a grading plan and plans and specifications for the well. The bids for the well were received on July 10, 1984. B. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. C. Pondvale Estates: Mr. MarY Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. D. Meadowbrook Estates: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. E. HY-10 Ramsey: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. F. Ramsey Commons: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. G. River's Bend: The preliminary plat was approved at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. The EAW comment period for the development ended on July 4, 1984. Beaudry's 2nd Addition: A major section of street was replaced last week by the contractor. Minor repairs and cleanup have to be completed prior to closing out the contract. Ford Brook Estates: Project on hold until weather is favorable for construction. DNR Proposed Shorelands: ! am working on the Shorelands' map and ordinance and I hope to have it ready for review in August.
