SUMMARY OF ISSUES <br /> <br />A. Groundwater Quality <br /> <br />The construction of this project with municipal utilities will <br />create less of an impact on the ground water guality than if the <br />project were constructed with private sewer and water systems. <br />Wastewater from the proposed development will be transported to <br />the Anoka Wastewater Treatment Plant by MWCC Interceptozs. <br />There it will be treated and discharged into the Rum River. <br /> <br /> <br />
