CHARLES DELANEY: <br /> <br />Mr. Delaney was before Council on May 14, 1984 at your request in regards to the <br />1984 Game Fair that he is proposing to hold on August 31 and September 1, Z, 3, 8 <br />and 9, 1984 at 8404 - 161st Avenue NW (SEmi of NW~4, 17-3Z-ZS-Z4-0001 and NE~I <br />of SW~t, 17-3Z-ZS-31-0001). Consequently, at that time Council directed Mr. Delaney <br />to apply for a temporary conditional use permit for Game Fair 1984. <br /> <br />Accordingly, the following is hereby submitted on this case as enclosure (D3-a): <br /> <br />a) Mr. Charles Delaney's application for a temporary conditional use permit <br />b) Excerpt of City Cede 170.017 regarding temporary conditional use permits <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Schematic for the 1984 Game Fair (this will be available at the meeting) <br />e) Proposed resolution <br />f) City Administrator's memo dated July 19, 1984 <br /> <br />Council Actiom Your action will be as follows on this case: <br /> <br /> a) Proposed findings of fact - You will have to review the proposed findings of <br />fact and make any changes you feel are pertinent to this case.
