Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />CASE ,Z: ESTABLISHII~G LICENSE FEE FOR SEPTIC TANK PUMPERS: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Code, we will be licensing the private firms who will <br />be pumping septic tanks in the City of Ramsey. Accordingly, Staff is recommending <br />that a fee of $5.00 be charged for the license. Enclosure (D3--b) contains the proposed <br />resolution for Council adoption. <br /> <br />Council Actkm: Your action will be to adopt the above proposed resolution establishing <br />a license fee for septic tank pumpers. Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />CASE 4~3: QUAD Ul-l-I~ CABLE T.V.: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-c) contains a letter dated June 19, 1984 from the Quad Cities Cable <br />Communications Commission which is requesting that each of the four cities contribute <br />$10,000 to the Quad Cities Cable T.V. Commission's budget. This was brought to <br />Council attention several meetings ago by Councilmember Reimarm who serves as <br />a Commissioner· Accordingly, when the City approved of mid-year budget adjustments, <br />we did provide for this financial assistance to the Commission. <br /> <br />It should be noted that each City will be reimbursed its $10,000 contribution. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt the resolution which is contained in <br />the above enclosure. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution /t84- <br />authorizing the temporary transfer of $10,000 to the Quad Cities Cable <br />Communications Commission.
