13) In checking with the Ramsey Police Department on Game Fair '83 there are <br />four very ~tnor reports where the Police were called out on. <br /> <br />14) That the City has never required a performance bond because the major <br />activities took place on the applicants property. The only land the City <br />has involved is the parking area utilized by Game Fair in the Gentral Park <br />parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
