I~ESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Delaney has applied for a temporary conditional <br />use permit to hold Game Fair 1984 at the following location: SE~ of NW½, <br />17-32-25-24-0001 and NE% of SW½, 17-3Z-Z5-31-0001 commonly known as 8404 - <br />101st Avenue NW, City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Delaney has requested that Game Fair 1984 be held <br />on August 31, 1984 and September 1, Z, 3, 8 and 9, 1984 at the above stated location; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a findings of fact has been prepared in accordance with City <br />Code 170.017 in regards to Mr. Delaney's request to hold the Game Fair in a residential <br />district. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOREt BE rr RESOLVJ~D BY THE ~1'1~ COUNCK, OF THE t~l-l~' OF <br />RAMSEYt ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Based on the findings of fact and proposed plan layout for Game Fair 1984, <br />approval is hereby granted to hold Game Fair 1954 on the following dates: <br /> <br /> Z) Further, the above approval is granted, providing the following is <br />accomplished: <br /> <br /> a) Based on the findings of fact, Mr. Charles Delaney is hereby granted <br />approval to hold on the dates requested above Game Fair 1984 providing he <br />enter into an agreement with the City of Ramsey in regards to the use of <br />City property and City equ/pment. <br /> <br /> b) Mr. Delaney is hereby informed that if he desires to hold Game Fair <br />1984 in the City of Ramsey that he apply for a conditional use permit under <br />Section 170.016 of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
