MEMO <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and Counci]members <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />Game Fair 1984 <br /> <br />DATE: July 19, 1984 <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to Council that if Mr. Charles Delaney plans on <br />having Game Fair 1985 at the present location, he make application six (6) <br />months in advance of the 1985 Game Fair under the provisions of Section <br />170.016 of the City Code which pertains to regular conditional use permits. <br /> <br />Agreement - In the past, the City of Ramsey has not required a signed <br />agreement with the Delaney's in regards to the Game Fair. However, I think <br />that this time we should require an agreement stating that he will be <br />responsible for any damages that may occur to Central Park and that he will <br />defray all costs involved with it. We should be covered by his liability insurance <br />where City property is involved. <br /> <br /> <br />
