CONTRACT FOR CITY OF RAMSEY NEWSLETTER This Agreement made and entered into this 1984, by and between the City of Ramsey, a Municipal Corporation, herein after referred to as "City" and Bergeron and Associates Incorporated (an individual, partnership, corporation) doing business at 12 Bridge Square, Suite 14, Anoka Minnesota 55303, herin after referred to as "Contractor". WITNESSETH: The Contractor has submitted a proposal to the City of Ramsey for the · 'mduction and ~istribution of a bi-monthly newsletter. The City has accepted the proposal of the Contractor. The parties wish to reduce to writing the terms and conditions regulating the production and distribution of said newsletter. Based upon the mutual considerations contained herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Purpose of Newsletter. The newsletter is intended to provide a major resource for communication to the citizens of the City, of activities within the general Ramsey area and to promote a positive image of the area by providing concise, timely, accurate and useful information from and about the City, Anoka-Hennepin Independent School District No. 11, Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Anok~ krea Chamber of Commerce, Mercy Medical Center, Elk River School District, and other nonprofit organizations in the community. 2. Criteria a. Size. The newsletter shall be published in a 16 page, tabloid form, 11 inches by 15 inches in size, on better quality newsprint. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of pagez from issue to issoe depending upon the availability of news articles. The City agrees that the number of pages may not be increased or decreased by more than 25%. b. Allocation of Space. Minimum space in the newsletter shall be apportioned amoung the participating organizations as follows: City of Ramsey Anoka-}iennep~n School District Elk River School District 3 to 4 pages 1 to 2 pages 1 page 1 page
