AUTHORIZATION OF PARTIAL PAYMENT REGARDING <br /> AIRPORT STUDY; B. SCH~nJULING OF PUBLIC ~I~'rlNG AT 7:30 P.M., <br /> <br />AUGUST ZZ, 1984): <br /> <br />The following is hereby submitted on this case: <br /> <br /> a) Authorizing of partial payment regarding airport master plan study <br />- The Airport Commission, at their July 18, 1984 meeting, gave consensus <br />approval of partial payment to Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. in the <br />amount of $11,115.06. The reason for consensus approval was because <br />they did not have a quorum at the meeting. Their meeting minutes are <br />contained in enclosure (DZ--o). Also contained in enclosure {DZ-o) is a copy <br />of the partial payment request and a copy of the proposed resolution for <br />your action. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the partial <br />payment request on the airport master plan study. The following proposed <br />motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br /> ~84- approving/disapproving (if you disapprove you should state <br /> reason) the partial payment request dated July 0, 1984 in the amount <br /> of $11,115.06 regarding the airport master plan study to Hakanson <br /> Anderson Associates, Inc. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br /> #84- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br /> b) Scheduling of public meeting at 7:30 p.m., August 22, 1984 - The <br />Airport Commission will be conducting this public meeting. It should be <br />noted that this is the second public hearing that has been scheduled as <br />part of the airport master plan study. It will be unveiling of the proposed <br />airport layout play (ALP). Consequently~ the Commission wants this <br />announcement published in the newsletter or to have a special mail-out· <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required other than your approval of a mail-out <br />if something were to go wrong with the newsletter publication. This should <br />be done by Council motion. <br /> <br /> <br />
