CASE ,1Z: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON WATERSHI~D SUBDISTRICTS: This case was before you at the 3une Z6, 1984 Council meeting at which time you received the City Engineer's feasibility study for drainage problems in the area of Flintwood Hills Addition. At that time you by motion accepted the above report. However, it should be done by Council resolution. Accordingly, you are goin§ to have to correct your motion on 3une Z6, 1984. Enclosure (D:~-p) contains the proposed resolution Council should adopt. Council Action: Your action will be as follows: ~ Motion by~'-~ and seconded by S~ to rescind Council motion pertaining to Case #3, feasibility study for drainage problem in the area of Flintwood Hills Addition, which reads as follows: "Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann accepting the feasibility study for the drainage subdistricts. Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting no: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner." Motion carried. Voting yes .
