These drawings were delivered to our office by <br />Keith Graham, the Land Surveyor working with the developers on this <br />improvement, and were discussed in some detail with~ir. Graham. <br /> The development of the proposed Dental Office as shown on the topographic <br /> survey, dated October 27, 1978, which shows a driveway entrance onto <br /> C.S.A.H. #5 along the South edge of the parcel of property, is acceptable <br /> to the County, with %he understanding that at such time as 152nd Lane <br /> would be constructed, the driveway for the Dental Office would be removed <br /> mhd access to 152nd Lane would be provided. <br /> Should a different subdivision of the property adjacent to the parcel in <br /> question he finally utilized, we would review the question of the driveway <br /> entrance onto C.S.A.H. #5 in relation to the spacing of it from any adjacent . <br /> street intersections with C.S.A.H. #5. <br /> We appreciate the opportunitY to review and comment on the plans at this <br /> preliminary stage, and encourage both the City and the developers to maintain <br /> contact with our office as further plans for developing the adjacent area <br /> are finalized, so that we may assist in arriVing at a layout which provides <br /> adequate access for the property and still provides for a safe movement of <br /> 'both thru traffic and entering traffic. <br /> Should you have any further questions or comments for review, please feel <br /> free to contact our office. <br /> <br />Pa~' ~.
