We also had phone conversations <br />with the developers, Drs. Anderson and Austin. <br /> <br />'l) <br /> <br />results of our review are as follows: . - ' <br /> <br />Site Analysis: ... . <br />Based on the Anoka County Soil Survey, the soilover the.proposed development c6nsists <br />of Nymore sand which is rapidly permeable. Nymore sand is acceptable for building <br />and on-site sewage disposal systems. Soil borings and Percolation tests have <br />also been completed which indicate that the percolation rate is 1.5 minutes per <br />1'inch. .. <br />Vegetation on the site'consists mainly of wild grasses and weeds. Therefore, <br />the proposed landscaping on development plan would improve the property immensely. <br />The topography of the site is moderately sloping to the west and southwest ~ith <br />a elevation differential of 18 feet.
