Also it is the Anoka County <br />Highway Department's policy to limit direct access to county roads from <br />lots with less than 300 feet of separation. <br /> <br />It should also be noted that at the time of development of the dental <br />clinic interim access from C.S.A.H. No. 5 was given to the development <br />with the intent that 152nd Avenue would provide permanent access in the <br />future. If this plan is approved access from C.S.A.H.
