Dick Hetland of 517 Rives Parkway, Champlin is requesting a <br />conditional use permit to salvage aluminum cans at 68q5 W. My ~10 <br />which is the garage to the teas of McGregors restaurant. The Plan- <br />ning Commission has recommended approval based on the findings of <br />fact contingent upon Mr. Hetland's entering into an agreement with <br />the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
