There are 17 property owners affected in the 157th LN NW <br />area. Out of the 17 property owners, ~4 had signed in favor and <br />none against. This comes to a total of 82.5% of the affected prop- <br />erty owners signing in favor. <br /> <br />Council Action: You~ action will be to appreve/disappr~ve of petition. <br />If Council approves of it, you will have to adopt resolution declaring <br />adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of report. If you deny <br />it, you should state why for the record. <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />PETITION TO TARVIA BOWERS DRIVE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-h) contains petition f~om citizen requesting the black- <br />topping of Bowers Drive. <br /> <br />The following statistical information is hereby submitted for you~ <br />i6fo~mation: There are 76 property owners affected in the Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres, 2nd and 3rd Additions. Out of the 76 preperty <br />owners only 29 signed in favor and 7 signed against. This comes to <br />a total of 38.5% of the affected property owners signing in favor <br />and 9.5% of the affected property owners signing against. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above <br />petition. If you approve of it, you will have to adopt resolution <br />"Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and O~derlng Preparation <br />of Report. If you deny it, you should state reason fop the record. <br /> <br /> <br />
