2) HY-IO Ramsey for Final Plat Approval - Request <br /> <br />Background Information: submitted for review ~nd action in granting final <br />plat approval on this case: <br /> <br /> a) Excerpt of Council minuted dated January 27, 1981, which granted <br /> preliminary plat approval based on P&Z Conmnission minutes dated <br /> January 6, 1981. <br /> b) City Engineer's report dated K~arch~.'tT, 1981 on the granting of <br /> final plat approval for HY-IO Ramsey. <br /> c ) Exhibit "A" contains proposed final plat. <br /> d) Preparation of development contract for this plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner granting <br />final plat approval on the following being accomplished prior to the signing of <br />the plat document: <br /> <br />a) City Attorney's title opinion. <br />b) Park fee in the ~mount of $3450.00 has been paid to <br /> the City of Ramsey. <br />c) Any unpaid cost to the City in connection with the <br /> development of plat up to this date are paid to the City. <br />d) Development contract has been signed by developer and <br /> escrow deposit on City control. <br /> e) ~ll engineering requirements have been satisfied as listed in <br /> Engineer's report dated March 17, 1981 where variances haven't <br /> been authorized by the City Council. Further letter from City <br /> Engineer substantiating that the developer has complied with his <br /> report as approved by the Council. <br />f) Granting of variance. <br /> <br />Further, the Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and A~mluistrator/Clerk to <br />sign the development contract and final plat providing all of the above has <br />been satisfied. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Counc~lmsu Cox, Councilwomsu Van Wagner, <br />CouncilmAn Relmsnn and Councilmsn Sorteberg.
